The scheme, designed by Eric Parry Architects, is the first part of The Crown Estate’s £500 million St James’s investment programme.
Launched in 2011, the scheme includes space for office, retail and residential development, presenting a total area of 9,300 m² (100,000 ft²).
Our scope included, washroom fit-out of new offices. Scope of work included design, co-ordination, mechanical, electrical, plumbing installations including all wall back painted glass, suspended ceilings, floor finishes, ceramic vanity troughs, bespoke toilet cubicles including all fixtures and fittings.
