5 Broadgate was the first building that forms part of the greater redevelopment of the Broadgate Estate and is the newly completed London headquarters of financial services firm UBS, and is London’s biggest ‘groundscraper’. Situated in the heart of the City of London’s square mile and designed by Make Architects for client British Land PLC, the world-class office building provides over 700,000 ft² of new space across 12 floors, and delivers exceptional trading, client and staff facilities.
Our scope included the full fit-out of the washroom areas, incorporating our Rudwall modules which were manufactured at our Flitwick facility. The design comprised 348 cubicles and 50 showers with veneered cubicle front, stone floor and wall finishes, back painted glass and full height mirror to the end wall. Vanity unit consisting of stone top with under slung basins, taps and soap dispensers. Full height mirror box above vanity with recessed hand driers and LED strip lighting behind recycled glass.
