This former Royal Mail site has been transformed into a vast new development of residential, office, retail and public space. Rathbone Square will play a major role in transforming the area before Crossrail’s arrival in 2018 and will be the new London home of Facebook.

Our scope included the complete fit-out of washrooms in 2 cores over 8 floors. Works comprised all floor wall and ceiling finishes, Rudwall to cubicle, urinal and WHB walls, disabled toilets, cleaners’ cupboards, doorsets and vinyl to the cores. The design was developed further from the system used at 5 Broadgate with British Land.
